There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but it is staffed by buffoons, and your wait will be 30 minutes on any given day. I stayed here during a conference and the pig slop that they tried to feed us for breakfast and lunch was atrocious. I couldn’t even rinse off my toothbrush because the water pressure was so low. The bathroom is very cramped and barely any water pressure. This is an upgrade?! The room itself is small, dirty and dated. My view was of the roof of the convention center. Booked and PAID for a CITY VIEW room and was told that I was “upgraded” upon check-in for being a good member.
